
Return and exchange policy
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange it within (7) days of receiving the product, but on the condition
*Your guarantee to us that the product is intact, in its original condition, with all its accessories and in its original packaging, and has never been used or opened*
Article Thirteen of the Ministry of Commerce’s regulations regarding electronic commerce also stipulates: “The contract can be terminated within the seven days following the date of his receipt of the product or the date of the contract to provide the service, as long as he did not use the service provider’s product, did not benefit from his service, or did not obtain a benefit from any Either of them, in which case the consumer shall bear the costs resulting from termination of the contract unless the parties to the contract agree otherwise.”
Exceptions:
- Electronic devices of all types (iPads - phones - etc.) cannot be returned or replaced after opening or use.!
- All SIM cards and internet packages cannot be returned or exchanged after activation.
- If an incorrect/wrong product is received, additional shipping fees will not be charged and will be borne by the store.
- We bear human error in placing an incorrect image of another product, another name, or other errors. The product will be returned from the customer and exchanged if he wishes, without him incurring additional shipping fees, provided that it is not used and the product is opened by the customer and is returned in its original condition.
- In the event of a return for other reasons (the customer needs to exchange the product or the customer’s desire has changed in general and led to cancellation), shipping fees to the store will be charged to the customer + a service fee not exceeding 15 riyals.
- In the event of an exchange, shipping fees will be charged from the store to the customer in addition to the previous shipping fees.
- Shipping fees, cash on delivery service fees, and order cancellation fees are not refundable in the event of returning or exchanging the product.
- When preparing to return a product, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories and instruction manual included and in its original packaging.
- If the product is examined and it becomes clear that it is under warranty and the defect is revealed, the customer will be compensated with a new product. If we do not find a defect in the product after inspection and confirmation, the product will be shipped to the customer with shipping fees paid by him again.
- The customer bears "all expenses" of the shipping cost if the customer wishes to exchange/return without a defect in the product or order.
- Products that have been opened will not be replaced or returned if they are not proven to have a manufacturing defect, noting that products that are not subject to exchange or return are all that violate or deviate from the terms of the warranty, such as:
(Misuse - cutting - breakage - opened product in an abnormal condition - failure to follow operating instructions - exposure of the product to water if it is not waterproof - performing any external maintenance - complete or partial failure of the device from working if incompatible accessories are used with the characteristics of the device.
Terms and conditions for exchange, return and cancellation:
- The customer must provide the required documents (photos + video + order number) to complete the exchange/return process.
- Triangle Store bears all costs incurred in the event of a defect or manufacturing defect in the product.
- If the same product (color and size) to be replaced is not available, the customer must choose an available color or size, or choose another product of the same or greater value, and the difference will be paid.
- Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton - delivery envelope) is intact and in good condition and was not opened before receipt.
- The customer must properly package the product with all its accessories to ensure that it arrives at Triangle Store in its original condition. If this is not achieved, the customer’s right to exchange/return the product will be forfeited.
- If there is a scratch or visible damage to the product, the customer must explain the problem within 24 hours of receiving the order, otherwise the damage is considered the customer’s fault.
All application costs:
All order costs resulting from the exchange or cancellation process and the amounts deducted by external company service providers (shipping, etc.) and installment service provider companies are borne by the customer.
- Every shipment or exchange from the store to the customer is as stated in the shipping value.
- Every payment is made with installment service providers, whether by recovering part of the amount or recovering the full amount. The amounts are recovered through the service provider itself and cannot be transferred to another payment method.
- Service fees not exceeding 15 riyals.
- Fees for recovering money via bank transfers or money transfer programs are deducted from the transferred amount.
- Triangle Store and all its employees have full responsibility and fulfillment of the trust in front of the customer so that the customer is guaranteed his full right in all his dealings with us and performing them to the fullest.

- The process of refunding the money paid takes place from two to 14 working days after the shipment arrives at the store.
